36 hours per week, 52 weeks a year
Surrey Pay Scale PS4 (£24,275- £25,993 FTE) Permanent Contract
Role includes three-bedroom detached bungalow for the postholder and their dependants.
Term Time Hours: -
Monday to Thursday 7.30am-10.00am, 2.00pm-6.30pm and Fridays 7.30am-11.00am, 2.00pm-6.30pm

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to provide a security and caretaking service to our two-form entry infant school. The role will include cleaning duties, site maintenance, security, portering, monitoring the general state of repair of the school site and undertaking compliance checks. They will be responsible for ensuring risks to the health and safety of those using the school site and minimised as well as limit the possibility of damage to the school premises, and loss of property through theft outside normal school hours.
Our ideal candidate will have:
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
• Knowledge of basic site maintenance and good practices in building services, i.e. heating, plumbing, carpentry, electrical etc. and competent in DIY tasks
• Good communications skills and the ability to work with school colleagues, visitors and contractors
• Able to work independently and plan and prioritise their own workload
• Able to demonstrate basic numeracy and literacy, e.g. GCSE qualification in English and Maths
• Working knowledge of relevant systems, equipment, processes and procedures
• Competent in a range of IT tools
• Ability to apply relevant health and safety, equality and diversity, and other organisational/service policies and procedures
• Ability to undertake manual handling and physically demanding work

Permanent Morning Club Playworker
Start Date: 16th September 2024
We are looking to appoint a Morning Club Playworker to join our dedicated and nurturing team, on a permanent contract.
The post is for 5 mornings (5 hours) per week, ie 7.50am-8.50am or part time will be considered, however this must include a Friday.
Under the leadership of the Morning Club Supervisor, the role is to provide creative, safe and appropriate play opportunities for children in EYFS and KS1, before the school day starts.
The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, hard-working, have a good rapport with children and enjoy working as part of a team.
The pro rata salary for this role is £2,745 based on Surrey Pay Grade PS3 for 38 weeks per year (FTE £23,576 / hourly rate £12.56).
Please be aware that applicants with children who attend the school will be entitled to a free place in Morning Club on the days that they are working.
