Bacteria Experiment

We did an experiment to see how much bacteria stays on our hands after we've washed them.

Three children put their hands in the same amount of glitter to represent germs: one then washed their hands in cold water, one in warm water and one in warm water with soap.

The children found this very exciting and were amazed how many germs stayed on their hands when they didn't use soap, and how easily they spread.
